Weezer Announce Tour Cruises





Alternative rock band from Los Angeles, USA, Weezer, has announced it will soon sell tickets for Weezer Cruise. Rivers Cuomo and his friends will hold a concert on the ship that set sail from Miami to Mexico.

Apart from Weezer, the voyage will also be enlivened by some other famous alternative bands, namely Dinosaur Jr.., Sebadoh, Gene Ween, Yuck, Wavves, The Antlers, and Free Energy. Dinosaur Jr. frontman., J. Mascis and Sebadoh frontman Lou Barlow, also will perform their solo performances.

Rolling Stone reports that supporters of these bands will perform on four floors at the cruise ship. While Weezer is planned to play on the deck when the ship left and again at an indoor theater located inside the ship.

Weezer has also promised to do photos with fans who want and participate in a question and answer session. During the trip made ​​during the four days and five nights from 19 until January 23 next year, cruise ship will make stops for one day at a beach in Cozumel, which lies in an area off the coast of Mexico.
